Join Our Team as a Lead Generation Manager!
We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven Lead Generation Manager to join our remote team. This is your opportunity to make a significant impact, build valuable relationships, and set the stage for success — all from the comfort of your home!
What You’ll Do:
- Generate Leads: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels such as LinkedIn, email, and networking events. Your focus will be on finding and nurturing leads that align with our target market.

What We’re Looking For:
- Sales Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a sales or lead generation role, ideally in the software outsourcing and outstaffing industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English skills are essential. You should be able to engage prospects effectively and professionally.
- Drive and Initiative: A proactive approach with a strong motivation to succeed and a passion for driving new business opportunities.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with others and share insights to improve overall sales strategies.
