Описание вакансии

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can think strategically and work with data. This role goes beyond content creation — it’s about building and executing a social media strategy that supports brand growth, engagement, lead generation, and partnerships.

You will work closely with the marketing leadership team and collaborate cross-functionally to turn social media into a measurable business channel.

  • 100% remote working

  • English B2-C1 (final stage of the interview to be in English)

Professional Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Social Media Management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles.
  • Experience with content planning, copywriting, and short-form video.
  • Confident work with analytics and performance metrics.
  • Ability to build strategies and support decisions with data.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Content Development

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Plan, manage, and maintain a consistent content calendar across platforms.
  • Create engaging multimedia content: visuals and graphics, short-form videos (Reels, TikToks), clear, brand-aligned copy.
  • Monitor trends, platform updates, and viral formats to keep content relevant and competitive.

Community Management & Engagement

  • Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Act as the frontline of customer communication on social platforms.
  • Monitor brand sentiment and manage negative feedback or potential PR issues calmly and diplomatically.
  • Build and manage B2B affiliate partnerships with local brands and companies to support lead growth.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Prepare regular performance reports for stakeholders.
  • Use data insights to optimize strategy, content formats, and audience targeting.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2C businesses.
  • Experience with B2B partnerships.
  • CRM knowledge.
  • Facebook Blueprint or similar certifications.
