Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced E-commerce business back office operational Manager with Amazon Seller Central experience and Linnworks inventory management tool experience.
Someone who is willing and able to work directly «in the trenches» — actively involved in the day-to-day execution, understanding back office workflows, solving problems on the ground, and leading by example. This is not a purely supervisory position — success in this role comes from deep engagement and ownership of the processes as well as guiding the team.
Main objective — ensure that the company’s back office works efficiently and in a coordinated way, so the business can focus on growth instead of fixing operational back office issues.

Key Responsibilities
- Own back office operations
- Work closely with team members, providing clear priorities, resources, and support
- Maintain Linnworks as the central inventory system, generate reports and Manage stock movement
- Amazon bulk listing and price updates also on other platforms where that’s possible:
- Flat file imports/exports
- Price adjustments (break-even, seasonal discounts, promotions)
- Manage product listings:
- Create, update, and optimize listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing)
- Monitor listing performance, compliance, and account health
- Back-office ongoing processes and improvements:
- Document SOPs and processes
- Run regular account health and KPI checks and identify root causes of issues
- Improve processes to reduce errors and increase efficiency — automate and involve AI where possible
- Coordinate tasks across teams:
- Communicate with internal teams and marketplace support
- Keep updates in Asana / Slack
- Identify operational problems, fix them, and continuously optimize workflows

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce or Amazon operations management
- Strong understanding of Amazon business processes:
- PPC
- Marketing
- Content
- Experience with Linnworks
- Experience building and managing multi-channel brands outside of Amazon
- Strategic and operational management experience
- Strong analytical and business thinking skills
- Experience working with multinational and cross-functional teams
- Very good communication and leadership skills
- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
