Recruiter

We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven IT Recruiter (Part-Time) to join our team!

We’re searching for a recruiter who will support our main recruiter in closing open vacancies, primarily IT positions. This is a part-time role with flexible workload, focused on helping us move faster and more efficiently in our hiring processes.

What we expect from you:

• 0.5 — 1+ year of experience in IT recruitment
• Completed HR/Recruitment courses
• English level: Intermediate or higher
• Experience in closing both technical and non-technical positions (with a strong focus on IT roles)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills and the ability to identify relevant candidates according to job requirements

What you’ll do:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing
• Support the main recruiter in closing open vacancies
• Work mostly with IT positions (developers, product roles, marketing, etc.)
• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify job requirements
• Communicate with candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience
• Present qualified candidates in a timely manner
