WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Professional, original, and elegant food preparation, plating, and presentation.
• Creative menu planning catering to a full range of dietary preferences for dinners and high-level receptions.
• Managing residence calendars and supervising event staff.
• Shopping, stock management, and kitchen hygiene.
• Maintaining account records and expense vouchers in English.

WHOM WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Culinary Pro: Ability to cook various cuisines and follow recipes in English/Ukrainian. Skilled in elegant presentation.
• Manager: Experience running a kitchen for large events.
• Communicator: Proficient English (reading/writing) for recipes and accounting.
• Standards: Strict commitment to food safety and sanitation
