1. THE DISRUPTION: Building a «Heroic Engine»
We are currently in a high-intensity recovery phase, transforming from a traditional company into a «Heroic Engine"—a lean, high-performance team of 6−8 specialists multiplied by 40+ specialized AI tools.
We are evolving from a premium brand of male erotic outfits into a global lifestyle brand for Urban Hedonists—experts in looking great, playful travel, and high-energy parties. We don’t need a «social media manager.» We need an Architect who owns the entire machinery of global promotion.
2. THE MISSION: Technical & Execution Ownership
This is a role for a Finisher. You are the bridge between a strategic vision and a perfectly firing tracking pixel.
- Technical Launchpad: Managing ad launches across Meta, X, and global networks. You ensure the «Buy» button works and tracking pixels fire with 100% accuracy.
- Email Engineering: Architecting and implementing high-frequency Klaviyo/Email flows for 20,000+ global subscribers.
- Data Synthesis: Command a digital «sales force» of AI agents and BigData tools (NotebookLM) to analyze market trends and move from «feeling» to «knowing.»
- Systemic Growth: You see the user journey as a complex, automated data funnel, not just a series of posts.
