    About TBI Listings

    TBIListing.com is a U.S.-based listings platform helping communities discover trusted local businesses and services. We are expanding our Business Directory and are looking for a Sales Representative to connect with businesses across the U.S., many of which are owned by immigrants from Eastern Europe.

    The main goal of this role is to bring new businesses onto the platform and close deals for listing their services and company profiles.

    Location: Remote (Ukraine) — must work with U.S. time zones (at least partial overlap)

    Employment: Full-time (or Part-time)

    Compensation: Base + Commission (USD) + Performance Bonuses (optional)

    Role Summary

    We’re hiring a proactive sales/outreach specialist to contact U.S. businesses (many immigrant-owned) and get them to sign up and publish:

    • Business directory profiles (company info + services)
    • Service listings
    • Job postings (open positions)

    You will speak with owners/managers in English, Russian, and Ukrainian, explain the value, close sign-ups, and ensure their listing information is collected correctly.

    Responsibilities

    • Find and contact target businesses across the U.S. (restaurants, medical, legal, beauty, auto, retail, home services, etc.)
    • Outbound outreach via phone, email, WhatsApp/Telegram, and social media messages
    • Present TBIListings.com benefits: visibility, local customers, community trust, and lead generation
    • Close sign-ups for directory listings and paid options (if applicable)
    • Collect and verify listing details: business name, address, hours, phone, services, photos, website, job roles
    • Assist clients in posting services and job openings (or submit on their behalf)
    • Maintain leads, notes, follow-ups, and results in CRM (HubSpot/Zoho or Google Sheets)
    • Follow compliance-friendly messaging practices (clear opt-out if texting)

    Nice to Have

    • Experience selling advertising, subscriptions, listings, or digital marketing services

    Requirements

    • Fluent in English + Russian + Ukrainian (spoken and written)
    • 1+ year experience in sales, customer acquisition, call center, or account management (B2B preferred)
    • Confident speaking with business owners and handling objections
    • Strong discipline, follow-up habits, and ability to work independently
    • Comfortable with CRMs, spreadsheets, and basic online tools
    • Reliable internet, headset, and quiet workspace What We Offer
