About the project:
Due to team expansion, we are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who continuously develops their skills, maintains high-quality standards, and is a strong team player. You will be responsible for maximizing the potential of our sales pipeline and contributing to business growth.

Requirements:
- Good written English.
- Proactive, self-driven approach with strong initiative.
- Active LinkedIn profile (1.5+ years old) with 500+ connections.
- Readiness to use your personal LinkedIn account as the main tool for lead generation.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a content plan for your personal LinkedIn profile and ensure consistent posting.
- Research and generate relevant content topics based on target audience and product positioning.
- Engage with the audience through comments, discussions, and direct communication.
- Monitor job posts and identify relevant opportunities according to company criteria.
- Write outreach messages to potential leads and manage communication until call scheduling.
- Track and manage leads in CRM and maintain structured reporting.
- Analyze performance (posts, messages, conversions) and optimize your approach.
- Collaborate with the team and test new hypotheses to improve results.
