Full-stack Developer (PHP, JS)

€2,000 — €4,000 per month 3−6 years of experience Full-time Remote

AbeloHost is a Netherlands-based hosting company. Since 2012, our team of experts has been providing reliable, affordable, and practical hosting solutions designed for long-term use.

Due to the growth of our projects, we are looking for an experienced Full-stack Developer (PHP / JS) to join our team. We offer the opportunity to work on exciting projects, enjoy a stable workload, and grow professionally and personally. Experience with Kernel Video Sharing CMS will be a strong advantage.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of PHP 7+, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript (jQuery);
• Ability to write and understand SQL queries;
• Experience with Laravel;
• Ability to work with existing codebases, understand third-party code, and maintain current solutions;
• Experience with Kernel Video Sharing CMS (not required, but a strong advantage);
• Attention to detail;
• Willingness to learn, grow, and work as part of a team.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with templating engines (Smarty is used);
• Experience with FFmpeg and ImageMagick;
• Experience optimizing high-load projects;
• Experience with Docker and Redis;
• General understanding of SEO principles.

Responsibilities:

• Developing new projects from scratch;
• Supporting and improving existing website functionality;
• Integrating third-party APIs;
• Performance optimization and caching improvements;
• Supporting and developing company projects;
• Collaborating with the team, handling assigned tasks, and delivering results.
