About the Role: The Fleet Coordinator (Driver Manager) oversees and motivates drivers while ensuring clear communication between drivers, the operations team, and the company. This role coordinates routes, balances home time with company goals, and maintains service and safety standards. Acts as the main point of contact, supporting drivers while ensuring profitability and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage drivers and maintain strong relationships
• Monitor performance, attendance, safety, and compliance
• Communicate load details and ensure execution
• Work with planners to optimize routes and home time
• Resolve driver and operational issues
• Provide feedback to internal teams
• Ensure adherence to safety and billing procedures
• Coach drivers on performance and expectations
• Handle conflicts professionally and maintain a respectful environment

Qualifications:

• Experience in transportation/logistics or driver management preferred
• High school diploma required; college preferred
• English level — B2 or higher
