Permits manager (night shift)

Omni Star Inc. is a logistics company specializing in professional trucking services. Since 2017, we have been providing reliable freight solutions across the United States and Canada, with a focus on oversize and heavy haul transportation.

We are currently looking for a Permits Manager withstrong English communication skills to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain required permits for cargo transportation
• Plan efficient and compliant routes and delivery schedules
• Communicate with clients regarding permit requirements
• Communicate with the U.S. Department of Transportation
• Calculate transportation costs
• Work with the CRM system

Schedule

• Rotation: Monday to Sunday (7 working days / 7 days off)
• Night shift: 23:00 — 7:00

Onboarding & Training

The onboarding includes a 2-month in-person paid training period in Kharkiv.

After successful completion of the training period, the position may continue in a remote format.

• Strong spoken and written English (comfortable communicating with native speakers)
