Due to the growth of our projects, we are looking for an IT Recruiter Assistant to help us attract top talent for the company’s technical and digital teams. If you are interested in working in an international tech environment, know how to build an effective hiring process, and want to contribute to team growth, we would be happy to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for IT and digital positions;
- Gather vacancy requirements and create candidate profiles together with hiring managers;
- Source and attract candidates through job platforms, LinkedIn, and other channels;
- Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and guide candidates through all stages of the hiring process;
- Prepare and manage job offers;
- Maintain the candidate database and recruitment reports;
- Participate in improving hiring processes and strengthening the company’s employer brand.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in IT recruitment;
- Understanding of the IT and digital job market;
- Experience with modern candidate sourcing tools and techniques;
- Full-cycle recruitment skills;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with candidates;
- High level of self-organization, responsibility, and attention to detail;
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines;
- English proficiency is a plus.
- Willingness to use Time Doctor for time tracking.
