Описание вакансии

ICON Finance is a financial services company operating since 2015. We provide OTC crypto exchange, bank transfers, and cash collection services. Office in Warsaw, B2B clients across crypto, fintech, and traditional business. Active deal flow, growing client base.

We are looking for someone to build sales as a system — from the first call to scaling a team.

The role

Months 1−6: playing coach. You sell and build the process at the same time. Audit current sales, build a pipeline from scratch, develop an outbound strategy, handle inbound leads, run discovery meetings, prepare proposals, close deals. You work closely with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Operations.

Months 6−12: scaling. Hire and develop a team of 2−3 people, create a sales playbook, launch partner and agent channels, maintain a sustainable pipeline.

What matters

  • 3−5 years in B2B sales, Senior level
  • Built a sales funnel from zero, without existing infrastructure
  • Experience managing a sales team
  • Understanding of the crypto/fintech market at a product level (OTC, wire transfers, crypto-to-fiat)
  • Experience with AI tools in sales workflows (ChatGPT, Claude, CRM with AI features)
  • Track record of closing deals at $50K+ per transaction
  • Self-driven — operates without micromanagement
  • Russian-speaking (native or fluent) — required for internal communication
  • English B2+ — required for client-facing work
  • Location requirement: candidates must be based outside of Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus.

A plus

  • Existing network in crypto, fintech, or B2B
  • Experience with international clients (CIS, Europe, Asia)
  • Understanding of compliance and AML processes
  • Background in a startup or a company without rigid processes

Not a fit if you

  • Only work with inbound leads
  • Need a ready-made CRM and a warm pipeline to start
  • Are not willing to sell personally at the start
  • Have no interest in crypto

What we offer

  • Base salary: $2,000 — $3,000 / month depending on experience
