Oversize Permit Specialist (US Logistics Company)

OCMC Trucking Inc. is a flatbed logistics company with over 10 years of experience in the transportation industry, specializing in oversize and overweight freight. We’re looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Oversize Permit Specialist to join our team and work closely with our dispatch department.

📍 Work format: Remote

🕒 Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM — 1:00 AM (Kyiv time)

📄Employment type: Full-time

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit oversize/overweight permit applications for transportation across various U.S. states
• Communicate with state DOT offices and permitting authorities to ensure compliance with regulations
• Work closely with dispatchers to clarify load details, schedules, and routing
• Monitor permit validity, restrictions, and routing compliance per state requirements
• Maintain accurate digital records of all permits issued for internal tracking and audits

✅ Requirements:

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (written communication, reading regulations, permit forms);
• Previous experience in logistics permit coordination is required
• High attention to detail and responsibility
• Strong computer skills: confident use of Excel/Google Sheets, PDF tools, and Google Workspace
• Availability to work U.S. Central Time hours (3:00 PM — 1:00 AM Kyiv time)
