We are an American-based company with over 10 years of experience in Logistics and Transportation across the USA. We are currently looking for a CDL Driver Recruiter to join our Lviv office team.

We provide full training, all necessary tools, and a great opportunity to grow within the industry and become a long-term member of our team.

About the Role

A CDL Driver Recruiter acts as a matchmaker between trucking companies and qualified drivers. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) holders, as well as guiding them through the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing & Lead Generation: Actively search for drivers via job boards, social media, and other recruiting platforms
  • Screening & Qualification: Conduct phone interviews to verify CDL class, driving experience, and background (MVR/PSP) in line with DOT and company requirements
  • Onboarding & Compliance: Guide candidates through application completion, drug screening, and orientation processes
  • Relationship Management: Communicate with candidates, handle inquiries, and manage the applicant pipeline (e.g., using Tenstreet or other ATS tools)
  • Retention Focus: Ensure the right match between drivers and companies to support long-term retention

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher (mandatory)
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with DOT, HOS (Hours of Service), and FMCSA regulations is a strong advantage
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, with confidence in conducting phone interviews
  • Recruiting/Sales Experience: Experience in recruiting or high-volume sales is highly preferred
  • Tech Skills: Comfortable using ATS systems, social media, and digital recruiting tools
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Performance Metrics

  • Number of qualified drivers hired per month
  • Retention rate of new hires
  • Time-to-hire efficiency

Minimum Requirements

  • Proficiency in PC use (Microsoft Office preferred)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
  • Quick learner with strong attention to detail

Working Conditions

  • Hybrid work format
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, approx. 3:00 PM — 12:00 AM
