Описание вакансии
We are looking for a proactive and responsible Office Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and support the team in maintaining a well-organized and efficient workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the delivery of water and food to ensure the office is well-stocked;
- Manage and monitor the office budget, including expenses and financial planning;
- Ensure cleanliness and maintain an inventory of all necessary supplies;
- Organize and manage office events to promote team building and company culture;
- Maintain and service the coffee machine to ensure it is always in good working condition.
- Assist in workspace organization, including moving and arranging office equipment, supplies, and furniture when required
- Support general office well-being (order, cleanliness, functionality of shared spaces)
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Responsibility and ability to work independently in a hands-on environment
- Readiness to perform operational and physical tasks as part of daily office support activities
- Problem-solving approach and attention to detail
- Good communication skills
