About the Company Insiders is a fast-growing IT company with a team of 200+ professionals. We develop innovative digital products and help businesses tackle complex challenges using cutting-edge technologies. The company is actively scaling, and we are looking for an HR Manager to join our team and grow alongside us.

We are based in Lviv and work full-time from the office.

Your Responsibilities:

• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Djinni, Work, Robota and other platforms
• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate all stages of the selection process
• Guide and support candidates from the first contact through to their first day at work
• Collaborate with team leads and department heads to understand hiring needs and close vacancies on time

What We’re Looking For:

• Confident use of job platforms and sourcing tools
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with people
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and prioritize effectively
• English — Intermediate level or higher
