We invite you to join us for the position of Accounting Assistant.

What will you be doing in this position?

• TransactionRecording Recording and maintaining accurate financial transactions, including purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices, and payments in the accounting system.
• Financial Documentation Ensuring proper organization, verification, and storage of financial documents and supporting records.
• Reporting Preparing regular financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing accounting data.
• Budget Control Monitoring actual financial performance against the planned budget and identifying variances.
• Reconciliation Assisting with account reconciliations and ensuring consistency and accuracy of financial data.
• Data Accuracy & Updates Reviewing and revising financial reports and statements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards.

What we expect from you?

• Basic уxperience in bookkeeping, financial data entry, or accounting support.
• Basic experience in financial forecasting or budget tracking is a plus.
• Experience working in night shifts or managing a schedule across different time zones is a plus.
• Intermediate level of English (B1 or higher).
• Attention to detail.
• Critical thinking to solve problems and resolve challenges.
• Organization skills.
• Numeracy and basic math skills.
