Project manager (AI)

Requirements:

Essential

▸ 1+ year of project management experience in SaaS, software delivery, or technology implementation.

▸ Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects without dropping threads.

▸ Strong communication skills: you translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences without losing accuracy.

▸ You follow up, you chase, and you close open items without being asked twice.

▸ Composure when a project runs into problems. You diagnose, you act, you communicate.

▸ Fluent English. A second European language is a plus.

Nice to Have

▹ Experience in AI, ERP, or enterprise software implementation.

▹ Genuine curiosity about how AI works and willingness to develop product knowledge.

Responsibilities:

You will manage AI implementation projects from signed contract to live deployment. Clients are enterprise businesses implementing MAIA for the first time. Your job is to make that process smooth, predictable, and professional.

You are the bridge between MAIA’s technical team and the client. You coordinate both sides, keep timelines honest, and make sure what was sold is what gets delivered.

✔ WHAT YOU WILL DO

→ Own the project lifecycle. Kickoffs, milestones, deliverables, scope control, go-live. You run it from start to finish.

→ Keep both sides aligned. Weekly status calls with the client and internal teams. No misalignments, no surprises.

→ Spot problems early. Identify risks before they become delays. Escalate with clarity, not panic.

→ Maintain the paper trail. Project plans, status reports, meeting notes, handoff documents. Everything documented, everything traceable.

→ Coordinate with Sales and Partnerships. Confirm scope and expectations are locked before technical execution begins. The promise and the delivery must match.

→ Learn the product. You do not need to code, but you need to understand what MAIA does well enough to translate between the technical team and the client.
