We are looking for an experienced Lawyer to provide legal counsel and ensure compliance across all areas of the Company’s operations. The role is responsible for managing legal risks, supporting corporate governance, overseeing employment and commercial matters, and protecting the Company’s interests in regulatory, contractual, and dispute-related matters

Key Responsibilities:

Legal Advisory & General Support

• Provide comprehensive legal support across all areas of the Company’s operations.
• Advise management and employees on legal and regulatory matters.

Contract Management

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial, lease, service, and employment agreements.
• Monitor contractual compliance and manage pre-litigation and dispute resolution processes.

Corporate Governance & Documentation

• Prepare, review, and maintain internal corporate policies, procedures, and governance documents.
• Update statutory and incorporation documents as required.
• Maintain structured legal documentation and corporate records.

Employment Law

• Provide legal support on employment contracts, service agreements, and HR-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor legislation.
• Manage employment-related disputes and prepare relevant documentation.

Regulatory, Licensing & Compliance

• Ensure ongoing compliance with applicable legislation, including healthcare/prosthetics and rehabilitation regulations.
• Manage interactions with regulatory and governmental authorities regarding licenses, permits, and certifications.
• Support and coordinate regulatory inspections and audits.

Litigation & Dispute Resolution

• Represent the Company before courts, governmental bodies, and regulatory authorities.
• Prepare and submit legal claims, appeals, objections, and other procedural documents.
• Protect the Company’s interests in disputes with counterparties or employees.

Anti-Corruption & Ethics Compliance

• Implement and maintain anti-corruption policies and compliance frameworks.
• Conduct legal and compliance risk assessments and internal audits.
• Provide recommendations to management on transparency and ethical business practices.

Data Protection & Confidentiality

• Ensure compliance with personal data protection laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement data protection and confidentiality policies.
• Oversee lawful processing, storage, and protection of employee and client data

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB / LLM).
• 3−5+ years of legal experience for a Middle-level role / 5−8+ years for a Senior-level role.
• Proven experience in corporate, commercial, and/or contract law.
• Experience in an international company or working with international counterparties is considered an advantage.
• Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, rehabilitation) is a strong advantage.

Language Requirements

• Ukrainian: fluent.
• English: Intermediate level (B1) or higher
