Requirements

• Basic mathematical skills
• Good command of English (Polish will be considered an advantage)
• Basic document management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, e-mail communication, and general PC usage
• Strong communication and business correspondence skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work with documentation
• Ability to work effectively in an international business environment

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments during border crossing and customs clearance procedures
• Plan and organize customs clearance processes for products imported into the EU
• Communicate with customs authorities and business partners across the European Union
• Maintain and process customs, logistics, and commercial documentation
• Keep records of organic products and related certifications
• Prepare and manage sales documentation for product deliveries within the EU
• Support international sales operations and customer relations
