Інженер з якості, Supplier Quality Engineer

We are looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) to ensure that supplied materials and components meet the required quality standards. The SQE will be responsible for managing supplier quality performance, conducting audits, driving corrective actions, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure supplier compliance with company quality standards and requirements
• Plan and conduct supplier audits (on-site and remote)
• Monitor supplier performance using KPIs (PPM, OTD, SCAR closure rate, etc.)
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (8D methodology)
• Support new product introduction (NPI) and supplier qualification processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Procurement, Production) and CFT
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives at supplier sites
• Manage supplier non-conformities and ensure timely resolution
• To perform supplier qualification process and scoring
• Traceability exercise performing
• IQC plan set up and creation WI for IQC
• English is required
