Legal Counsel, Contract Manager

We support our clients with global employment solutions, payroll, compliance, and operational infrastructure, enabling them to grow internationally with confidence.

As our business continues to expand, we are looking for a Legal Counsel / Contract Manager to support our international operations and help navigate legal matters across multiple jurisdictions.

This is a part-time position (approximately 5−6 hours per week) with the potential to transition into a full-time role as the company grows.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and update commercial contracts and legal agreements
• Prepare NDAs and other supporting legal documentation
• Adapt contract templates to different jurisdictions and business scenarios
• Maintain and organize contract documentation and legal records
• Support EOR-related documentation and international employment agreements
• Assist with compliance-related matters across different countries and regions
• Collaborate with internal teams on legal and contractual issues
• Conduct legal research and provide practical recommendations on international business operations

Requirements

• 2−5 years of experience in legal consulting, commercial law, or international business law
• Proven experience drafting and reviewing contracts in English
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Practical, business-oriented approach to legal problem-solving
• Willingness to handle both routine legal documentation and more complex legal matters
• Interest in international business, employment, and compliance topics

Nice to Have

• Polish language proficiency
• Experience with EOR, Payroll, Employment Law, Global Mobility, or international workforce management
• Experience supporting international companies and cross-border operations
• Familiarity with GDPR and data privacy regulations
