Onboarding Specialist at Payoneer (International Payment Platform)

Payoneer is a global payment platform trusted by millions of businesses worldwide. Secure money transfers, multi-currency accounts, and seamless marketplace integrations — all built to help businesses grow without borders. You’ll be working closely with a Dubai-based team and supporting clients across the EMEA region.

What You’ll Do :

• Proactively reach out to clients at different stages of registration and onboarding across EMEA
• Guide customers through KYC and compliance processes through to successful onboarding completion
• Communicate with clients primarily via outbound calls, supported by email and WhatsApp
• Educate clients on Payoneer’s products, features, and value proposition
• Understand customer needs and recommend the most relevant solutions or product bundles
• Resolve onboarding blockers in collaboration with Compliance, Sales, and Market Development teams
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and onboarding status in CRM tools
• Meet onboarding KPIs: activation rate, time to first transaction, and engagement metrics

What We’re Looking For

• 2−5 years of experience in customer onboarding, inside sales, customer success, or business development
• Prior experience in onboarding within the banking or financial services sector — a strong advantage
• Solid understanding of banking or fintech onboarding flows, including account opening, identity verification, and regulatory compliance
• Strong communication skills and confidence in outbound client interactions
• Consultative, customer-focused approach and solid problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
• Experience with CRM systems and calling tools
• Experience with KYC, AML, compliance-oriented onboarding, or regulated environments — a strong advantage
• Familiarity with EMEA markets — a plus
• English and Ukrainian are required;
