We are building a long-term FinTech ecosystem using modern Microservice and Micro Frontend architecture, serving financial institutions, brokerages and consulting companies worldwide.

About the Role

We are looking for a Frontend-Focused Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team.

This position is primarily focused on React development, user interfaces and frontend architecture. At the same time, the role includes meaningful backend development using Node.js, including API development, business logic implementation, integrations and maintenance of existing services.

Approximately 70% of the work is frontend-related and 30% backend-related.

The ideal candidate is someone whose primary expertise is frontend development but who is also comfortable working across the full application stack and taking ownership of features from user interface to backend implementation.

You will work on CRM, Core Banking, Client Area and Trading modules within a large-scale FinTech platform built using Micro Frontend and Microservice architecture.

Main Requirements

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript;
• Commercial experience with React;
• Commercial experience with Node.js;
• Good understanding of modern frontend architecture and component-based design;
• Experience with state management solutions;
• Experience working with REST APIs and GraphQL;
• Understanding of backend application architecture and API design principles;
• Understanding of Micro Frontend architecture;
• Good knowledge of HTML and CSS;
• Experience with Git;
• Experience working with large and evolving codebases;
• Ability to independently investigate, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues;
• Responsibility, ownership mindset and attention to detail;
• English sufficient for technical documentation and communication within an international team.

Responsibilities

• Develop new frontend modules and user interfaces using React and TypeScript;
• Maintain and enhance existing platform functionality;
• Design and implement reusable frontend components;
• Work within a Micro Frontend architecture;
• Develop and maintain backend functionality using Node.js;
• Integrate applications with GraphQL APIs and external services;
• Participate in technical and architectural discussions;
• Improve application performance, reliability and maintainability;
• Investigate and resolve production and development issues;
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices;
• Collaborate closely with frontend, backend, QA, DevOps and product teams;
• Contribute to CRM, Core Banking, Client Area and Trading-related functionality.

Nice to Have

• Experience in FinTech, Trading, Banking or Financial Services;
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines;
• Experience with distributed systems and microservice architectures;
• Experience with message brokers such as RabbitMQ;
• Experience working with large-scale enterprise applications;
