We are currently looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Accountant to join our international team and work directly with US-based projects. What you will do:

• Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, cash application, and credit adjustments
• Investigate and resolve account discrepancies, reconcile customer accounts, and handle deductions and disputes
• Monitor aging reports and proactively follow up on overdue balances to ensure timely collections and minimize bad debt exposure
• Participate in month-end closing activities, including AR reconciliations and reporting
• Maintain customer master data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to workflow and system enhancements
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

What we are looking for:

• 3−5 years of accounting or accounts receivable experience
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic international environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
