Bilingual Bicultural Advisor, English, Ukrainian Translator

About the Position

Atlas Advisors is seeking Ukrainian-English Interpreters/Translatorsto support an international training mission in Southeast Poland.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in an international environment alongside multinational military personnel while gaining valuable professional experience.

Requirements

• CEFR C1 or higherin both English and Ukrainian.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid passport.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to work in a professional, multinational environment.

Preferred:

• Previous experience supporting military, government, or international organizations.
• Knowledge of military terminology.

Working Conditions

• Location:Southeast Poland (near Rzeszów).
• Contract Type:Consulting Services Agreement (CSA).
• Compensation: $96-$115 USD per day, depending on whether the customer requires 10-hour or 12-hour shifts.
• Accommodation provided on the military base.
• Meals provided on the military base.
• All required gear and equipment provided.
• Typical schedule: 10−12 hours per day, 6 days per week.
• Rotational assignment of approximately 50 days, followed by 1−3 weeks unpaid time offbetween rotations.
• Linguists are required to remain on base during each rotation.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate interpretation and translation between English and Ukrainian.
• Support communication during meetings, training activities, and operational events.
• Translate written documents and official materials.
• Assist military personnel and multinational teams with day-to-day communication.
• Provide linguistic and cultural support to facilitate effective cooperation between international partners.
