About the Role We are looking for a hands-on AI Systems Architect & Developer who can design AI workflows, build agentic systems, and manage delivery from concept to production-ready tools.

Core Responsibilities

• Architect the solution: define the system structure, modules, workflows, and user flows.
• Guide AI orchestration: design how agents communicate, hand off tasks, use tools, and coordinate with human-in-the-loop.
• Create AI agents: build, test, improve, and document agents for real business and production use cases.
• Structure knowledge: define how memory, context, and skills are organized (file/folder + markdown «context-engineering» approaches).
• Manage delivery: break work into milestones, track progress, align stakeholders, and ensure quality.

Must-Have Skills

• Advanced English.
• Prior experience leading technical delivery, including managing timelines, stakeholders, priorities, and cross-functional contributors
• Experience creating Skills, reusable agent capabilities, or modular AI workflows.
• Proven delivery on real agentic/multi-agent orchestration projects that are in production.

Nice to Have

• Front-end experience, especially for simple AI tool interfaces, dashboards, or internal workflows.
• Passion for Video production / Scriptwriting
