Social Media Content Producer — Video, Shorts & UGC

We’re looking for a hands-on video editor who turns raw footage into scroll-stopping content for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and YouTube — for an app built for US truck drivers.

What you’ll do:

• Edit short-form videos (15−60 sec) from blogger footage, UGC, app screen recordings, and team ideas — app demos, «how-to» clips, UGC cuts
• Support YouTube content: long-form edits, cutdowns into Shorts, subtitles, intros/outros, simple motion graphics
• Turn messy raw material (bad audio, vertical video, long rambling clips) into tight, hook-driven videos drivers actually watch to the end
• Create simple static content: carousels, quote cards, comparison graphics for Instagram/Facebook/LinkedIn
• Add clean, readable subtitles and on-screen hooks — a driver should know in 3 seconds «this is about my problem»

What you’ll bring:

• Strong short-form video skills and a feel for TikTok/Reels/Shorts pacing and hooks
• Comfortable with CapCut/Premiere Pro/Canva (Figma, Descript a plus)
• Can produce a high volume of variations quickly while following brand templates
• Experience working with UGC or technical/app-based products is a plus

This is a production-focused role: you bring the editing skill, we bring the content plan, templates, and direction.
