Junior QA Manual Engineer

We are looking for a motivated Junior QA Engineer to join our team!

About the project:

Our project is a compliance recording and assurance solution. It enables organizations to record all regulated employee communications—traditional, unified, and mobile — while ensuring compliance with global regulations. Thus, it is used in various industries, especially in financial services: banks, investment firms, and trading desks, as a powerful solution for reputation risk management.

Recruitment stages:

• Test task;

• HR interview;
• Tech interview;
• Interview with a scrum master;
• Final interview.

Requirements:

• 6+ months of commercial experience in manual QA;
• Understanding of Scrum and CI/CD;
• Good knowledge of issue tracking systems (Jira);
• Good knowledge of client-server architecture and REST API;
• Understanding of microservice architecture;
• Knowledge of MS SQL;
• Basic experience with CLI;
• Upper-Intermediate English level (both written and spoken).

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing project requirements, creating, updating, and maintaining test documentation;
• Active communication within the team and across the project to ensure effective collaboration and clarity on testing tasks;
• Setting up and deploying testing environments;
• Executing test cases for desktop applications on Windows and Linux platforms;
• Documenting and reporting testing results;
• Notifying stakeholders of the outcomes of testing activities.

Would be a plus:

• Planning skills;
• Detail orientation.
