About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Lean professional with proven production experience, not a theoretical Lean specialist. The ideal candidate has already driven tangible improvements in real manufacturing environments.

In this role the successful candidate will play a key part in increasing operational efficiency, waste elimination, and will develop a strong continuous improvement mindset across production sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy Lean tools and methodologies directly in production processes
• Analyze operations and identify waste (muda) across workflows
• Improve production flow (layout optimization, line balancing, takt time)
• Lead Lean initiatives with clear and measurable outcomes
• Track and improve KPIs, such as productivity, quality, waste levels, and cycle time
• Train production supervisors and team leaders in Lean principles
• Support organizational change and manage resistance within teams

Requirements

We are looking for someone with proven, real-life achievements, among them:

• Increased productivity, reduced waste or improved production cycle times
• Successfully applied Lean tools on the shop floor (not limited to theory or documentation)
• Worked directly with production teams during change processes, including resistance situations

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience leading full-scale production transformations or implementing Lean ‘from scratch'
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Ability to identify root causes and understand process dependencies
• Strong influencing skills without relying on formal authority
• Comfortable engaging in difficult conversations and managing conflicts
• Structured thinking with a strong focus on results and execution
• English or Polish language proficiency
