Crew Operator

📍 Odesa, City Centre

🕒 Full-time

We are looking for a Crew Operator to join our international maritime team.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate crew changes and travel arrangements.
Maintain crew records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with certification, visa, and flag state requirements.
Communicate with vessels, seafarers, manning agencies, and service providers.
Support onboarding and day-to-day crewing operations.

Requirements:

Experience in crewing, shipping is an advantage.

Good spoken and written English is essential.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work in a dynamic environment.
