Hi there! We are looking for an Operations Associate for a partner company. The company is helping bring about our victory — that is all I can say at this stage. 🇺🇦 More details will be shared during the introductory call.
We are looking for a candidate who will keep our operations running smoothly. This is not a management position or a spotlight role; it is for someone who takes pride in order, reliability, and making sure things simply work. When you do this job well, the team won’t even notice problems — because there will be none.
We are open to candidates with or without prior experience, including those at the start of their careers 🙌
What you’ll do:
- Operational support for the team in Kyiv — being the go-to person for all organizational matters
- Procurement: supplies, equipment, hardware
- Kit and inventory management
- Coordination with the international team
- People ops support: device logistics, assistance to the recruiter
- Finance and admin support: invoices, receipts, expense tracking
- Travel coordination for colleagues visiting from abroad
- Operational support for company events in Kyiv

- You are based in Kyiv and eligible to work in Ukraine
- Native Ukrainian, English B2+ (we have an international team)
- Full driving licence and willingness to drive
- Independence: you own your area of responsibility without reminders
