Skincare by Dr V is a science-led skincare brand founded by Dr Vanita Rattan, an internationally recognised doctor, cosmetic formulator, educator and specialist in skin of colour. The brand develops evidence-based skincare products and educational resources focused on hyperpigmentation, melasma, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH), acne marks and the unique skincare needs of melanin-rich skin. As we continue to grow globally, our ambition is simple: To become the world’s most trusted authority for skin of colour across AI-powered search, traditional search engines and digital education. When someone asks ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity or any AI assistant:

• How do I treat hyperpigmentation?
• What’s the best skincare for skin of colour?
• Who is the leading expert in pigmentation?
• Best facial for darker skin tones.
• Products for melasma.
• How do I treat post-acne marks? —we want Dr Vanita Rattan, Skincare by Dr V, our treatments, our educational content and our products to be recognised and recommended as the leading authority.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced AI Search, HubSpot & Digital Growth Director to build this capability from the ground up.

This is not a traditional marketing role. You will lead the strategy that makes our brand the dominant authority across AI search, SEO, content marketing and customer acquisition.

You will implement HubSpot from scratch while developing the systems, content, automation and authority signals that enable AI platforms and search engines to confidently recommend our brand.

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead the implementation of HubSpot as our CRM and marketing automation platform.
• Develop an AI Search Optimisation (AISO/GEO) strategy so our brand is surfaced and cited by ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity and other AI platforms.
• Build topical authority around skin of colour, pigmentation disorders, melasma, acne, sunscreen, skincare ingredients and inclusive aesthetics.
• Create a world-class content ecosystem including articles, videos, FAQs, research summaries, knowledge hubs and structured data.
• Develop SEO strategies that achieve category-leading rankings for high-value search terms.
• Position Dr Vanita Rattan as the global authority for skin of colour through digital PR, thought leadership and authoritative content.
• Design customer journeys, lead nurturing and marketing automation using HubSpot.
• Measure and optimise performance using analytics, attribution and conversion reporting.
• Work closely with clinical, product and leadership teams to accelerate global growth.

⚡ You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Expert in HubSpot implementation and CRM strategy.
• Strong experience in AI Search Optimisation (AISO), Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) and advanced SEO.
• Proven success building topical authority and increasing organic visibility.
• Experience within skincare, healthcare, aesthetics, beauty or wellness is highly desirable.
• Strategic leader who is equally comfortable developing strategy and delivering execution.
• Passionate about using technology, AI and content to build category-leading brands.
• Have strong English
• Have experience in project management or team coordination
• Are highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Can work independently and take ownership of your role
• Have experience communicating with international clients (a plus)

🕒 Work Schedule:

• Start at 9 AM UK time (11 AM Kyiv) — flexible during the day
• Expected to be available for important tasks/responses throughout the day
• Able to communicate via mobile (WhatsApp) when away from a computer
• Flexible for breaks or family time, but deadlines and communication are key
• About 120−140 hours/month expected
• 5 working days/week (Mon-Fri)
• Working till 6 pm UK time (8pm Kyiv)
