German-speaking VIP Manager (iGaming)

About the role

We’re looking for a German-speaking VIP Manager to build and nurture relationships with our most valuable players on the DACH market. You’ll be the personal point of contact for VIP customers — understanding their preferences, keeping them engaged, and making sure they feel genuinely looked after.

What you’ll do

• • Manage and grow a portfolio of VIP players on the German-speaking market
• • Build long-term relationships through personalised communication (email, chat, phone)
• • Monitor player activity and proactively reach out with tailored offers, bonuses and rewards
• • Handle VIP queries and escalations quickly, always with a premium level of service
• • Work closely with CRM, Payments and Customer Support to resolve issues and improve player experience
• • Track KPIs (retention, reactivation, deposits, churn) and report on portfolio performance
• • Identify at-risk players and win-back opportunities

What we’re looking for

• Native or near-native German (C1/C2) and fluent English
• • 2+ years of experience in VIP / account management within iGaming or online casino (must-have)
• • Solid understanding of the DACH gambling market and player behaviour
• • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• • Data-driven mindset — comfortable with player metrics and CRM tools
• • Availability to work shifts, including evenings, nights and public holidays when required (paid additionally)
• • Discretion, reliability and a genuine service-first attitude
