About the team

We are a team of the Procurement Department which is responsible for all procurement activities of «Stark-defence» LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY — one of the most technological producers of UAVs in the EU. Our work focuses on making best choices to fulfill production and R&D needs of our company in time.

Your mission

We are looking for a skilled Procurement Specialist — team player with good communication skills who will become part of our Operational department

Responsibilities

• Procurement tasks for manager within the Ukraine and Europe;
• Communication with the suppliers;
• Communication within the company with the inner consumers;
• Research for best prices and solutions for inner consumers;
• Ordering for raw materials and mechanisms for production and R&D;
• Control of orders arrival to the warehouse;
• Cooperation with quality department in situations of «unsatisfied quality»;
• Filling of control of documents arrival.

Qualifications

• High education — economics will be an advantage;
• Good communication skills;
• Work experience in the same role previously not less than 1 year;
• Basic Understanding of logistics and post services;
• Experience in usage of Microsoft 365;
• English level — intermediate at least;
• Ability to work with a couple of tasks at the same time;
• Ability to work with stressful tasks;
• Experience with orders for microelectronics or electric equipment;
• Experience with ERP Systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP System NetSuite.
