Order, Logistics Specialist

The Order & Logistics Specialist is responsible for ensuring smooth order processing and logistics coordination from order placement to final delivery. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Management

• Process customer orders and manage order changes (delivery dates, quantities, pricing, shipping methods).

• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams regarding order status and availability.

• Prioritize urgent orders and monitor open orders to ensure timely delivery.

• Monitor order-related activities to ensure timely processing and compliance with internal service standards.

• Maintain accurate order documentation.

Logistics Coordination

• Review and manage supplier documentation (invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents).

• Support purchase order registration, booking, and invoice processing.

• Prepare and update shipment documentation and tracking information.

• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth logistics operations.

• Assist in resolving shipment delays, delivery issues, and supplier-related discrepancies.

• Provide ongoing administrative support for logistics activities.

Requirements

• Current residence in Ukraine.

• Higher education or final-year Bachelor’s/Master's student in Logistics, Economics, Business Management, or a related field.

• Basic knowledge of logistics is an advantage.

• Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Strong analytical skills and willingness to learn.

• English level: Upper — Intermediate (written).

• Customer-oriented mindset.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability.
