Now we are looking for aHead of International Logistics for Nova Post Europe — a strong leader ready to build and manage an efficient transportation network across Ukraine and Europe.

You’re our perfect match if you:

• Have 5+ years of experience in international logistics, including team management.
• Have experience building or optimizing international routes and linehaul networks.
• Understand customs procedures, border operations, and transportation regulations in Ukraine and the EU.
• Have managed logistics budgets, transportation costs, carriers, tariffs, and contracts.
• Have experience with dispatching, route planning, transport capacity, and incident management.
• Think analytically and can balance delivery speed, service quality, and costs.
• Are confident working with operational data and logistics or ERP systems.
• Are fluent in English at B2 level or higher.
• Are proactive, decisive, and ready to take responsibility in critical situations.

What you’ll be doing:

• Building and optimizing international routes between Ukraine and Europe and across European countries.
• Managing local transportation routes, schedules, vehicle capacity, crews, and route connections.
• Ensuring uninterrupted transportation operations and quickly resolving delays, breakdowns, border issues, and other incidents.
• Managing carriers, negotiating tariffs, coordinating contracts, and controlling service quality.
• Ensuring the accuracy of delivery planning models, routes, schedules, and system settings.
• Managing the logistics budget and optimizing transportation costs.
• Analyzing delivery speed, route efficiency, vehicle utilization, costs, and operational deviations.
• Leading Ukrainian and European logistics teams of approximately 10 employees.
• Working closely with country CEOs, operations, finance, customs, terminals, and other teams.
