Broker Relations Specialist

We are a U.S.-based auto transport company specializing in vehicle transportation across the United States. We work with brokers, dealerships, auto auctions, and private customers. We value reliable service, strong partnerships, and a great reputation in the industry.

What you’ll do:

• Call brokers after completed loads.
• Thank them for working with us.
• Politely ask them to leave a rating or review for our company.
• Build and maintain good relationships with brokers.
• Keep simple notes about each call.

What we’re looking for:

• Good spoken English
• Friendly and professional communication skills
• Responsibility and attention to detail
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet place to work

Experience in logistics is a plus, but not required. We will train you.
