Truck Dispatcher

Vista Trans Holding Inc. is a leading U.S.-based asset carrier with a fleet of over 550 power units, providing dry van, temperature-controlled, hazmat, and oversized transportation services across the United States.

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

• Customer Service Representative
• Driver Manager

Responsibilities (depending on the position)

Customer Service Representative

With previous experience in US trucking- $1000 No experience in US trucking — $500

• Communicate with customers via phone and email.
• Handle inquiries and resolve customer issues.
• Maintain accurate records and provide timely updates.

Driver Manager With previous experience in US trucking — $1000 No experience in US trucking — $500

• Support and manage drivers throughout their trips.
• Monitor schedules and operational performance.
• Resolve day-to-day transportation issues and maintain communication with drivers.

Qualifications

• English proficiency (B2 or higher).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in logistics or transportation is an advantage
