We are looking for a motivated Truck Dispatcher to join our team. Both experienced dispatchers and candidates without previous U.S. trucking experience are welcome to apply. If you are new to dispatching, we will provide the training and support you need to get started.

Shift: 3:00 PM — 1:00 AM

What You’ll Do

As a Truck Dispatcher, you will help manage assigned trucks, find profitable freight, and support drivers throughout their trips.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Searching for and booking profitable freight
• Communicating and negotiating with freight brokers
• Planning efficient routes and managing drivers' schedules
• Dispatching drivers and providing ongoing trip support
• Monitoring loads and resolving operational issues
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers and drivers
• Coordinating with the Operations team to ensure smooth execution
• Keeping accurate information in the company CRM and internal systems

For candidates without previous dispatching experience: You will receive training on U.S. trucking operations, load boards, dispatching processes, and the tools and systems used in the role.

What We’re Looking For

For experienced candidates:

• Previous experience as a U.S. Truck Dispatcher or in a similar transportation role
• Experience working with load boards and transportation software
• Knowledge of U.S. trucking operations and freight market
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Established experience working with brokers and drivers

For all candidates:

• Strong English communication skills (Upper-Intermediate to Fluent)
• Confident communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• A proactive, results-driven mindset
• Ability to solve problems and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally

No previous U.S. trucking experience? No problem. We are ready to train motivated candidates who have the right communication skills, attitude, and willingness to learn.
