Human Dynamics (HD) was founded in 1993 in Vienna, Austria and since then the company has been providing top quality consultancy and training services to the public sector, thereby rapidly becoming a leading contractor of executing TA projects in emerging markets.

Financed by the European Union (EU), World Bank (WB), the Austrian government as well as other International Financial Institutions, Human Dynamics manages a project portfolio of over €96 million. Human Dynamics' permanent in-house staff comprises over 40 individuals with in-depth public sector knowledge, extensive project management and field expertise, dedicated to achieving the best possible outcome for the client through the delivery of quality driven projects drawing upon international best practices and local experience.

In particular the company has carried out over 100 European Commission-funded technical assistance projects, including assignments in the field of good governance, judicial and legal reform, Rule of Law, human rights, humanitarian assistance, etc. The company possesses also sound expertise in programme and project management, institutional building, human resources and training, public administration, regional development, local government development, EU accession and integration strategies, law enforcement and approximation of the legislation to the acquis communautaire. Human Dynamics is currently assisting a number of governmental bodies, local authorities, other executive and monitoring bodies in the process of designing sets of practical recommendations for social and economic policies targeted towards restructuring of the legal and economic framework and market orientation form a core of our premium services.

With an initial focus in Central Eastern Europe (CEE) and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), Human Dynamics has since expanded its geographical remit to include the Caucasus, Central and East Asia, Latin America, the Middle East and Africa.
