The Dev-Pro Company was founded in September 2011 by a successful entrepreneur and US citizen Jeff Bianco on the basis of a product development company. The long history of successfully building our own software products, vast experience in multiple business domains, and in-depth understanding of the tech industry are the foundation of our company’s success.

Before founding Dev-Pro, Jeff gained extensive experience as a long-time partner, manager, and client of Ukrainian IT services and assembled a dedicated and trusted team of professionals who share the same values, are totally committed to clients' success, and work hard to deliver the experience of excellence to them. Effective communication and visibility across all cultural and geographical borders is the center of our philosophy and we never stop training our team to perform above and beyond and exceed our clients' expectations.
