• Manufacturing engineering
2 projects: 16 assembly production lines, LP, cutting

18 engineers (ME, PE, technicians)

• Maintenance:
3 engineers (preventive/corrective/SP), 38 maintenances (mechanics,
electricians, SP technicians)
 Achievements: Started with new hired young team, a production lines were installed and
realized, fully functional production within 3 -10 months with more 1000 Headcounts

Had worked on the projects for construction of new compact plant with 5 M USD budget

staff hiring etc.);

• meetings with customers;
• international collaboration with engineering, product management, manufacturing and

Achievements: engineers were hired and trained and ready to start with engineering
projects during first 7 months.

My team had got a global patent during 1st year after Engineering Center was
established.
 I was involved into 4 projects with budget about 17 M USD as technical project mgnt
consult.

2007 Business Unit Manager at Svit-Komfortu Lviv Ltd. (Construction)

12 projects were done for 6 months.

2004 - 2007 Manufacturing manager at Joint Ukrainian-Germany Co. Ltd “Spheros Electron”
“Webasto group” Automotive \ welding

2001-2004 Design Engineer at Close JSC “Tecon Electron”.

Responsibilities:

• development of electro-mechanical units;
• design, simulation and issue of drawing package in different 2D&3D CAD/CAM
Was involved into 3 Project as missles construction (military industry)

Master degree in 2002 year (Engineering)
