Logistics Inc was a logistics start-up company in Ukraine that closed due to the conflict
As an early employee of this start-up, my role evolved from office manager to logistics
manager.

My responsibilities included:
• Establishing new office systems
• Trialling and purchasing IT systems to meet the needs of a growing company
• Business development (identifying transport “loads” from customers who
matched the company’s ideal customer profile)
• Matching and dispatching drivers to suitable loads
• Selling loads as a broker

As Logistics Manager my responsibilities included:
• Identifying “loads” that would be a good match for our transportation service
• Negotiating with brokers to buy the load trip at the best price
• Dispatch and coordination of trucks
