PERSONAL PROFILE
I am a hard-working, motivated, and ambitious College student currently undertaking a BTEC National Extended Diploma in Business Studies via the Belfast Metropolitan College (equivalent to three A-Levels).
Throughout my time at College, I have demonstrated I can build strong working relationships with my student peers, teachers, and external education providers. I have shown by my work experience that I am an enthusiastic team member, but also can lead, organize and manage as required. My academic and work experience has taught me to work well with other people and to take responsibility for my own work.
I consider myself to be a dedicated and conscientious, as demonstrated by my academic grades and awards to date. I am a quick learner and detail orientated. Furthermore, when approaching tasks and situations I pride myself on applying a methodical and logical approach to solving problems. I thoroughly enjoy challenging work and will always set out to succeed in all tasks and activities required of me.
As such, I am enthusiastically seeking a role in which a strong work ethic and resourceful nature will be highly valued.

Accountancy Secondary Specialist (Level 3 equivalent).

WORK EXPERIENCE
• March – currently: Conference & Banqueting Team Member, Titanic Belfast, Belfast
My responsibilities including confirm visitors’ reservations and lead them to their tables. I'm in charge of serving food and beverages, and to give advice, I had to become familiar with the different products on the menu. I received training to be allergy aware so I could make sure the right food options suited the needs of the guests.
Other chores included learning about the many types of conference equipment as well as setting up and taking down tables and other equipment.

• August 2023 : Internship with PWC, Career Launch work Experience
Participated in work of PWC team, build your networks and work alongside specialists in chosen business area, which was Implementation of new Technologies to make to PWC more sustainable. During the project I worked with my team with technologies, which PWC use to provide sustainable environment for PWC, for example smart lifts, ergonomic electric generators etc and learn how to develop this systems in more digital way and was successfully graduated at the end of Internship.

• June -July 2023 : Internship with Citi Bank, Career Ready program
Was a part of Technology team in Risk and Control team. Took part in different Zoom meeting around Europe and USA. Learn about Control management system, observe work of Project managers and used the knowledge of working with international companies and data security. As a conclusion of internship presented a project “Stakeholder management in Banking” and was successfully graduated.

• Nov. – Dec. 2022: Christmas Crew, Titanic Museum, Belfast
Reporting to the overall Event manager I worked as a Team Member providing Christmas Experience’s for children and teenagers. This included organizing and managing various workshops / performances.

• Sept. – Nov. 2022: Conference & Banqueting Team Member, Titanic Hotel, Belfast
My role was to welcome guests and delegates, checking their bookings and escorting them to their tables.
I was responsible for serving food and drinks and I also had to learn about the various menu items to make recommendations. I was trained to be allergy aware, to ensure the appropriate food choices met the guest’s requirements. Other tasks included the set-up and take-down of tables and equipment as well as becoming familiar with the different types of equipment used for conferences.

• June – Aug. 2022: Summer Camp Leader & Team Member, YMCA Greenhill, Newcastle
I worked as an Outdoor Pursuit Summer Camp Leader, catering for international students (18-24 years). As part of the role, I successfully completed Training covering: Safe-Guarding; Group Management; a variety of Outdoor Activities; First Aid; and Emergency Procedures. The role gave me the opportunity to Lead a team to organize and manage activities such as kayaking, hiking, rock climbing, orienteering, map and campus work, cooking, and camp craft.
• Nov. 2020 – Feb 2021: Assistant Accountant, Ukraine
I worked as an Assistant Account at CMG International Transport Services and was responsible for daily book-keeping activities.
