Boot, Spring Data JPA, Spring MVC, and Spring Security, with AWS for
cloud computing. Docker ensures efficient containerization, testing

Users pick a level to see detailed info, including title, company,
description, salary, and a job link. Using Telegram Bot API and Spring
Framework, the bot manages interactions with inline keyboards and
handles message delivery exceptions.
