KEY SKILLS

Soft skills:
My first skill is the desire to learn. Due to my young age, I absorb information like a sponge, and in the future, I can become a real specialist for a company.

My second skill is the ability to work effectively with a computer. In addition to being proficient in using load boards and other standard tools for logisticians, I can leverage artificial intelligence and numerous browser and PC functions. This helps me expedite the work process, ultimately increasing the company's profitability.

My third skill is self-control. If unexpected circumstances arise, I can keep myself composed and find a way to navigate the situation to minimize the company's losses.

Hard skills:
I can work with all popular types of trucks in the USA - dry van, flatbed, reefer, power only, box truck, and others (knowing how to load, specific working conditions, and additional equipment for different types of cargo).

I can also work with documentation, from filling out setup packets to issuing invoices for transportation services.

I know how to resolve conflicts with brokers or drivers to avoid losing clients over trivial reasons.

I am also capable of analyzing the market to construct the best route for maximizing profit.
