I joined Vista Create in June 2021 as a graphic designer. My main task was creating design templates for various formats such as logos, brochures, posters, business cards, social media designs, and banners. For the past 2 years, I have worked as a team lead at Vista Create, overseeing a team of 19 designers divided into motion, digital, and print groups. My responsibilities included operational and managerial tasks such as process support, design reviews, report generation, retrospective analysis, guideline writing, training and mentoring, designer development, improving qualitative and quantitative metrics, strategy development, motivation, and performance evaluation. Additionally, I collaborated with other departments, handled calls, wrote product descriptions and bug reports, and conducted monthly presentations in English to an audience of over 100 company employees. My role also involved creating motivational conditions for the design team and developing initiatives to positively impact the quality and quantity of results.
