1. Procurement

3.4. Undertake accommodation/transportation of international and local staff.

4. Filing and Reporting

4.1. Physical and electronic filing of Logistics documentation in line with ACTED procedures;

4.2. Assist Logistics Manager with monthly country Logistics internal/external reporting;

5. Documentation management

5.1. Prepare, store, and update the external agreements for the area offices.

5.2 Ensure the relevant documentation (receipts, acts of acceptance, signed agreements, mission leaves, attendance sheets etc.) is sent or received as required6. Any other tasks assigned by line manager
